Origin Kink Desires Course (CE Eligible)
Earn three CE credits! This beginner-to-intermediate workshop, led by Richard A. Sprott, examines theories on the origins and development of kink and fetish desires through a life course approach, addressing common clinical and community questions like "Is this normal? Am I okay?" Participants will explore documented theories, patterns of kink development, and their implications for the coming out process and clinical practice. Recordings with supplemental materials and a knowledge evaluation will be available for registrants post-event.
This course includes a recorded presentation, reading, and a learning exam; all portions must be completed to earn CE credit. Recorded material does not offer closed captioning at this time.The rental period lasts exactly one year from the date of purchase. TASHRA is approved by the American Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education for psychologists. TASHRA maintains responsibility for this program and its contents. This program meets the requirements of the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors and Therapists (AASECT) and is approved for 3 CE credits. These CE credits may be applied toward AASECT certification and renewal of certification.
