This advanced-level workshop is designed for professionals with experience working with at least five kink-identified clients in the past year and familiarity with trauma-informed psychotherapy and kink community consent practices. It explores consensual non-consent (CNC) scenes, where consent itself becomes part of the play, such as in rape play, abduction, and objectification scenarios. The session covers CNC dynamics, strategies to reduce risks of distress or negative outcomes, and clinical issues arising from unsuccessful CNC scenes. Additionally, it examines the growing phenomenon of CNC practices outside the kink community, highlighting key differences in how they are understood and practiced.
